About these terms
These terms apply to porchwellhome.com and to communications from Porchwell Home Services (“Porchwell”), operated by Axis Capital Group LLC. Roofing contractors who buy appointments also sign a separate service agreement, which governs that relationship.
Our service
Porchwell schedules free roof inspections between homeowners and independent roofing contractors in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Porchwell is not a roofing contractor and does not perform, supervise, warrant or guarantee any roofing work, estimate or insurance outcome. Any work, quote or contract is solely between the homeowner and the contractor.
Use of this website
The content of this site is provided for general information. You may not copy, scrape or misuse it. The site is provided “as is,” and to the extent allowed by law Porchwell is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
SMS Terms (appointment notices)
Program: Porchwell Home Services appointment notices — confirmations, reminders and rescheduling messages for roof inspections or contractor meetings you scheduled with us.
How you join: you receive messages only after you verbally agree, during a call with our team, to receive appointment texts at the number you provide.
Frequency: message frequency varies by appointment, typically 1–3 messages per appointment.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Calls

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
