This Privacy Policy explains how Porchwell Home Services (“Porchwell,” “we,” “us”), operated by Axis Capital Group LLC, collects, uses and protects information when we contact homeowners, work with roofing contractors, or when you visit porchwellhome.com.
Information we collect
- Homeowners: name, property address, phone number, email if provided, the time and notes of our conversation, and the details of any inspection you schedule. Contact information may come from public property records and commercially available data sources.
- Roofing contractors: business name, contact person, phone, email, service area, availability and billing information.
- Website visitors: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and the date and time of the visit.
How we use information
- To offer and schedule free roof inspections, confirm them and send reminders.
- To share an appointment’s details with the roofing contractor who will perform the inspection you agreed to.
- To provide, bill and improve our services to contractors.
- To honor do-not-call and opt-out requests and comply with the law.
Text messaging
We collect your mobile number for text messages only when you agree, during a call with our team, to receive appointment messages. We use it only to send appointment confirmations, reminders and rescheduling notices. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we share information
- With the roofing contractor who performs an inspection you scheduled, limited to what is needed to serve you.
- With service providers that help us operate (for example telephone, email and payment providers), under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell homeowner information.
Your choices

- Stop texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Access or delete: email us to ask what information we hold about you or to delete it, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, including do-not-call records.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
