Who we are
Porchwell Home Services schedules free roof inspections for homeowners in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We work with local roofing contractors: when you agree to an inspection, we book it at a day and time that works for you, and a roofing professional from a local company visits to check your roof.
Porchwell Home Services is operated by Axis Capital Group LLC. We are not a roofing contractor and we don’t sell roofs.
What a free inspection means
- A roofing professional looks at your roof and tells you its condition.
- There is no cost and no obligation to buy anything.
- You can reschedule or cancel at any time by calling (469) 652-8522.
- We confirm the visit with you the day before, so nobody shows up unannounced.
What we will never do
- Ask for payment, bank details or your Social Security number by phone.
- Tell you to file an insurance claim, or promise that an insurer will pay.
- Offer to waive or cover your insurance deductible.
- Keep calling after you ask us to stop.
Stop calls or text messages
We honor every request, right away
Choose the option that is easiest for you. Your number is added to our internal do-not-call list and you won’t hear from us again.
- Tell the person on the call that you don’t want more calls.
- Call (469) 652-8522 and say “remove my number.”
- Email appointments@porchwellhome.com with the subject “Remove my number” and the phone number we called.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message from us.
You can also register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov.
